RAD sequencing reads of a freshwater population of threespine stickleback in Greenland

We RAD (EcoRI) sequenced a threespine stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) population in a freshwater lake called Qarajat in the Nuuk Fjord of Greenland. It is to study the adaptation of the population to the local environment.

我们采用以EcoRI为限制性内切酶的限制性酶切位点相关DNA测序（Restriction-site Associated DNA sequencing，简称RAD），对格陵兰努克峡湾内名为卡拉扎特（Qarajat）的淡水湖泊中的三刺棘鱼（Gasterosteus aculeatus）种群完成了测序。本数据集旨在研究该种群对当地环境的适应性。
