To identify the metabolic transcriptome landscape within leukaemic cells we performed scRNA-Seq on the sorted leukaemia cells (GFP+) cells from MLL-AF9 mice. MLL-AF9/GFP driven leukaemic cells were isolated by FACS-sorted GFP+ cells and analyzed using scRNAseq.
为阐明白血病细胞内的代谢转录组图谱,我们对来自MLL-AF9小鼠的经分选获得的绿色荧光蛋白(Green Fluorescent Protein,GFP)阳性白血病细胞进行了单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-Seq)。具体而言,我们通过荧光激活细胞分选术(Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting,FACS)分离得到由MLL-AF9/GFP驱动的白血病细胞中的GFP+亚群,并利用scRNA-Seq对其开展分析。
