Virus infection is a kind of immune stimulation, except anti-viral factors, virus also induce tumor cells to secret cytokines which act on neighboring cells. Figuring out the exact cytokines upregulated by M1 virus is of great significance. We used microarry data to detail the expression of cytokines, chemokines and Inflammasomes regulated by oncolytic virus M1. HCT116 tumor cells were treated with oncolytic virus M1 for 0h or 24h, and we used microarray data to detail the expression of cytokines, chemokines and Inflammasomes regulated by oncolytic virus M1.
病毒感染属于一类免疫刺激事件,除介导抗病毒因子的产生外,病毒还可诱导肿瘤细胞分泌作用于邻近细胞的细胞因子。明确M1病毒上调的特异性细胞因子具有重要研究意义。本研究采用微阵列(microarray)技术,以经溶瘤病毒M1分别处理0小时与24小时的HCT116肿瘤细胞为实验模型,详细解析了溶瘤病毒M1所调控的细胞因子、趋化因子及炎症小体(Inflammasomes)的表达特征。
