16S rDNA Sequencing of Rumen Fluid under Varying Nutritional Levels

This project aims to investigate the impact of different nutritional levels on the microbial community composition within the rumen fluid of ruminants. We have collected rumen fluid samples from animals subjected to varying dietary regimens and performed 16S rDNA sequencing to characterize the microbial diversity and community structure.
