宁波吉利工厂用于国家项目的机床均添加了吉兰丁数据采集的硬件设备，通过多次长时间的加工数据收集，并对比机床内部信号，确认加工不同刀具的实际加工的数据形状，并针对性的使用不同的数据处理方式进行监控。
数据保存于2022年9月，并在同一时间面向刀具磨损的验证，该验证内容基于不同的传感器，不同的加工通道，针对性的选择符合实际加工的信号，用于提高刀具寿命。
数据主要保存格式为data和dap，需要使用专用软件打开。

All machine tools used for national projects in Ningbo Geely Factory are equipped with Jilanding data acquisition hardware. After collecting repeated long-duration machining data and comparing with the internal signals of the machine tools, the actual data profiles for machining different cutting tools are identified, and targeted data processing approaches are employed for monitoring. The dataset was stored in September 2022, and was concurrently utilized for tool wear validation. This validation selects signals tailored to actual machining scenarios based on diverse sensors and machining channels, with the goal of extending tool service life. The main storage formats of the dataset are .data and .dap, which require dedicated software to open.
