In the embryonic spinal cord, motor neurons diversify into different subsets characterized by distinct molecular identity, localization and connectivity. However, the factors that control MN diversification remain poorly known. To identify genes downstream of Onecut transcription factors in motor neurons that may contribute to motor neuron diversification, we performed a RNA-sequencing comparison of control and of OC-deficient motor neuron transcriptome at embryonic day 10.5. 5 control and 5 Oc-deficient embryonic motor neurons
在胚胎脊髓中,运动神经元可分化为多种不同亚型,各类亚型以独特的分子特性、定位方式及连接模式为特征。然而,调控运动神经元分化的相关因子至今仍未被充分阐明。为筛选出运动神经元中Onecut转录因子(Onecut transcription factors)下游、可能参与运动神经元分化的基因,我们对胚胎发育第10.5天的对照运动神经元与OC缺陷型运动神经元的转录组开展了RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)对比分析,本次分析共包含5例对照胚胎运动神经元与5例OC缺陷型胚胎运动神经元样本。
