We found several candidate genes might be involved in the crinkled leaf phenotype of savoy cabbage. Overall design: Cabbage (B. oleracea L. subsp. capitata) cultivar ‘Daebakna (DBN)’ and savoy type cabbage (B. oleracea L. subsp. Sabauda) cultivar ‘Serpentine (ser)’ were obtained from Asia Seed Company and used in this study. After seed sterilization, sterilized seeds were incubated at 22℃ under the long day light condition in growth room. 2 weeks old seedling were transplanted to soil pots and grown in the greenhouse located in the Anseong campus of Chung-Ang University at South Korea.
本研究发现多个候选基因可能参与皱叶甘蓝(Savoy cabbage)的皱叶表型(crinkled leaf phenotype)调控。
实验设计概述:
本试验所用材料为从亚洲种子公司(Asia Seed Company)获取的结球甘蓝(Brassica oleracea L. subsp. capitata)栽培品种"Daebakna (DBN)",以及皱叶型甘蓝(B. oleracea L. subsp. Sabauda)栽培品种"Serpentine (ser)"。
种子灭菌后,将灭菌后的种子置于生长室内,于22℃、长日照光照条件下培养。待幼苗生长至2周龄时,将其移栽至营养土盆中,随后种植于韩国中央大学(Chung-Ang University)安城校区的温室内。
