Jornada Basin Soil Microbiome Raw sequence reads

Soil samples collected in the Jornada Basin which is located in the northern portion of the Chihuahuan desert in the southwestern United States. The samples were collected at two depths, surface (0-1 cm) and subsurface (0-20 cm). They were also collected from various soil textures (sandy, loamy and clayey).
