Jornada Basin Soil Microbiome Raw sequence reads

Soil samples collected in the Jornada Basin which is located in the northern portion of the Chihuahuan desert in the southwestern United States. The samples were collected at two depths, surface (0-1 cm) and subsurface (0-20 cm). They were also collected from various soil textures (sandy, loamy and clayey).本数据集的土壤样本采集于美国西南部奇瓦瓦沙漠北部的约合拉盆地（Jornada Basin）。样本设置两个采集深度：表层（0-1厘米）与亚表层（0-20厘米），同时涵盖砂质、壤质、黏质等多种土壤质地类型。
