干预措施：金标准为结肠镜检查（colonoscopy）联合病理检查结果；待评价检测方法（Index test）：粪便样本miR-92a检测、血浆样本Septin9检测、粪便样本FIT-DNA检测、粪便免疫化学测试（fecal immunochemical test）。
主要结局指标（Primary outcome(s)）：灵敏度（Sensitivity）、特异度（Specificity）、阳性预测值（Positive predictive value）、阴性预测值（Negative predictive value）。
