Exogenous enzyme technology has grown rapidly. The application of recombinant DNA amplification, contribute to the achievement, and immobilization engineering to genetically modified bacteria results in a plethora of enzymes. Among the most commonly used enzymes were amylase, cellulase, protease, pectinase, glycosidase, and polyphenol oxidase.However, as an important role, the effect of adding exogenous enzymes on litter decomposition has hardly been studied.To examine the impact of adding exogenous enzymes on litter decomposition, we selected five enzymes (Laccase, LiP, LAP, Cellulase, ACP) to add to the surface of litter and decompose them under constant temperature and humidity for 189 days.

外源酶技术发展迅猛。重组DNA扩增技术以及针对基因工程菌的固定化工程的应用,催生了极为丰富的酶资源。当前最为常用的酶类包括淀粉酶(Amylase)、纤维素酶(Cellulase)、蛋白酶(Protease)、果胶酶(Pectinase)、糖苷酶(Glycosidase)以及多酚氧化酶(Polyphenol Oxidase)。然而,尽管外源酶在诸多场景中发挥着关键作用,但有关添加外源酶对枯落物分解的影响的研究却极为匮乏。为探究外源酶添加对枯落物分解的影响,本研究选取漆酶(Laccase)、LiP、LAP、纤维素酶(Cellulase)以及ACP五种酶,将其施加于枯落物表面,在恒温恒湿条件下开展了为期189天的分解实验。
