Transcriptome analysis for Yomogi-metsubo-fushi formation in Artemisia indica. Artemisia indica

Purpose is to understand the molecular mechanism of Yomogi-metsubo-fushi development. RNA from Yomogi-metsubo-fushi induced by Rhopalomyia shinjii on Artemisia indica axillary bud was extracted and sequenced. RNA from axillary bud was used as reference (control).

本数据集旨在阐明艾枯萎腐败病（Yomogi-metsubo-fushi）的发生分子机制。从被新氏瘿蚊（Rhopalomyia shinjii）诱导产生该病害的印度艾（Artemisia indica）腋芽中提取RNA并进行测序，以未受侵染的印度艾腋芽RNA作为对照参考样本。
