注：本次分析结果纳入了至少包含4个效应量的亚组；尽管当纳入各含2个效应量的被动对照组亚组与健康状态亚组重新开展分析时，结果的显著性并未发生改变；置信区间（Confidence Intervals，CI）、标准化均数差（Standardised Mean Difference，SMD）、工作记忆（Working Memory，WM）。针对方法学特征与被试特征对训练后日常生活中注意力不集中的影响开展亚组分析。
