本研究旨在探究基因型对大豆针对不同大豆胞囊线虫（soybean cyst nematode, SCN）生理小种的转录组响应的影响。整体实验设计：对072、137两个大豆基因型，分别在大豆胞囊线虫（Heterodera glycines）2号、3号生理小种侵染以及未侵染的条件下开展转录表达谱分析，每个处理设置三次生物学重复。
