To explore the specific subset of mPFC neurons involved in the pathophysiological process of CRS-induced depression, we performed RNAseq between noCRS and CRS treatment mice to identify the enriched genes and possible pathway. GO:BP analysis identified significantly enriched genes that are involved in synaptic signaling and regulation of membrane potential pathways. Differential expression analysis and GO Enrichment Analysis of RNA seq data. We performed differential expression analysis of RNA seq data obtained from mPFC-LHB projection neurons of noCRS and CRS mice.

为探究参与慢性束缚应激(chronic restraint stress, CRS)诱导抑郁的病理生理过程的内侧前额叶皮层(medial prefrontal cortex, mPFC)神经元特定亚群,我们对未接受CRS处理与接受CRS处理的小鼠开展RNA测序(RNA sequencing, RNA-seq),以鉴定富集基因并挖掘潜在调控通路。通过基因本体论生物过程(Gene Ontology Biological Process, GO:BP)富集分析,我们筛选得到显著富集于突触信号传导与膜电位调控通路的基因。本研究针对RNA测序数据开展差异表达与GO富集分析,具体针对未接受CRS与接受CRS小鼠的内侧前额叶皮层-外侧缰核(medial prefrontal cortex-lateral habenula, mPFC-LHB)投射神经元的测序数据完成了差异表达分析。
