Rehmannia glutinosa sequencing

Rehmannia glutinosa is one of the most important medicinal plants in China and is affected by viral diseases. According to High-Throughput Sequencing, we can identify known and unknown viruses in R.glutinosa, therefore we can have a better understanding of the occurrence of Rehmannia virus disease in the field. By understanding the genome structure and biological characteristics of the virus, a theoretical basis is provided for subsequent prevention and control.

地黄(Rehmannia glutinosa)是我国最重要的药用植物之一，其生产过程中常受病毒病害侵染。借助高通量测序(High-Throughput Sequencing)技术，我们可鉴定出地黄体内的已知与未知病毒，进而更深入地解析田间地黄病毒病的发生规律。通过解析该类病毒的基因组结构与生物学特性，可为后续的地黄病毒病防控工作提供理论依据。
