Generating new plastomes for cryptic taxa to resolve the phylogeny among subtribes of the orchid tribe Epidendreae. New plastomes for tribe Epidendreae (Orchidaceae)

Selected species in subtribes Laeliinae, Pleurothallidinae, Ponerinae and Bletiinae have been selected. Then libraries for Whole Genome Sequencing are prepared for Illumina sequencing. We algo repurpose data generated for other purposes, available in the SRA archive.

已选取隶属于蕾丽兰亚族（Laeliinae）、毛鞘兰亚族（Pleurothallidinae）、Ponerinae亚族及Bletiinae亚族的物种。随后为因美纳（Illumina）测序平台制备全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing）文库。此外，我们还复用了序列读取档案（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）中公开的、用于其他研究目的生成的数据。
