METAGENOME PROFILING OF ANTERIOR UTERINE SAMPLES TO IMPROVE IN-VITRO FERTILIZATION SUCCESS RATIO

To identify the microbiome associated with failure of Implantation in In-vitro fertilization. For this study swabs were collected from the cervical and vagina for subjects undergoing IVF treatment or the patients with the history of Recurrent implantation failure. Sequencing of these samples were done using 16s rRNA metagenome approach and Illumina MiSeq platform.

本研究旨在鉴定与体外受精（In-vitro fertilization，IVF）胚胎植入失败相关的微生物组。为开展本研究，研究人员从接受体外受精治疗的受试者或有复发性胚胎植入失败（Recurrent implantation failure）病史的患者的宫颈及阴道处采集拭子样本。采用16S rRNA宏基因组测序方法及Illumina MiSeq测序平台对上述样本进行测序。
