质子膜性能及寿命数据集依托新能源汽车专项 “乘用车用高功率密度燃料电池电堆及发动机技术” 项目,面向燃料电池质子膜研发、性能优化与寿命评估需求,为打造高性能质子膜、保障膜电极高性能输出提供关键数据支撑,是燃料电池核心材料研发的重要数据参考。 数据由课题参与单位自测或委托第三方测试,采集时间 2023 年 5 月 - 2025 年 8 月;通过燃料电池测试台、电化学工作站提取原始数据并编制报告,支撑完成质子传导率等多项课题指标。 数据集为 Excel 格式,记录质子传导率、OCV 耐久性、干湿循环耐久性三类核心数据,表头标注列名且部分数据附说明。数据集完全共享,可通过 Word、Excel、Origin 等软件打开使用。

This dataset on proton exchange membrane (PEM) performance and lifetime is developed based on the New Energy Vehicle Special Project titled "High Power Density Fuel Cell Stack and Engine Technology for Passenger Vehicles". It targets the demands of fuel cell PEM research and development, performance optimization and lifetime evaluation, providing critical data support for developing high-performance PEMs and ensuring high-performance output of membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs), serving as an important data reference for the research and development of core fuel cell materials. The data was collected by project participating institutions through self-testing or commissioned third-party testing, with the data collection period running from May 2023 to August 2025. Raw data was extracted via fuel cell test benches and electrochemical workstations, and reports were compiled, which supported the completion of multiple project indicators such as proton conductivity. This dataset is stored in Excel format, recording three core types of data: proton conductivity, OCV durability, and wet-dry cycle durability. Column names are clearly labeled in the header, and partial data are accompanied by explanatory notes. The entire dataset is fully shared and can be opened and utilized with software such as Word, Excel, and Origin.
