行使内容《文物拍卖管理办法》：省、自治区、直辖市人民政府文物行政部门对取得文物拍卖许可证的拍卖企业进行年审，年审结果作为是否许可拍卖企业继续从事文物拍卖活动的依据。市级文物部门受理，市级文物部门审批。
Provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Cultural Relics Auctions: The cultural relics administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall conduct annual inspections on auction enterprises that have obtained cultural relics auction licenses. The results of the annual inspection shall serve as the basis for deciding whether to permit the auction enterprises to continue engaging in cultural relics auction activities. Municipal-level cultural relics departments shall accept applications and conduct examination and approval.
