Bacillus velezensis and Bacillus cereus sequencing

Sequencing of WT B. velezensis and foodborne pathogens B. cereus for AMR and virulence genes detection. WT B. velezensis are used as a negative controls for GMM detection.

为检测抗菌药物耐药性（Antimicrobial Resistance, AMR）基因与毒力基因，本数据集对野生型（Wild Type, WT）贝莱斯芽孢杆菌（B. velezensis）及食源性致病菌蜡样芽孢杆菌（B. cereus）开展测序。其中，野生型贝莱斯芽孢杆菌可作为基因修饰微生物（Genetically Modified Microorganism, GMM）检测的阴性对照。
