To identify relevant mRNA targets of differentially dysregulated lung miRNA signatures of a house dust mite mouse (HDM) model of asthma. cDNA libraries were constructed using the same lung RNA samples as the miRNA libraries preparation. Overall design: Lung mRNA profile from HDM-exposed mice (n=16) was compared to the profile of Saline-treated (controls, n=14) mice.
