UV-Vis absorption spectra,PL spectra, PL lifetiem and PLQYs of colloidal Cu-based quantum dots were collected using spectrometer on QD dispersion. The morphologies, crystalline phase and chemical composition of Cu-based QDs were confirmed by transmisison electron microscopy and XRD analyser. Optical properties of QDs after phase transfer were investigated using spectrometer as well. The optical properties of the obtained QD sugar glasses were checked using spectrometer on solid samples, the PLQY of the sample was determined using an integrating sphere.
采用光谱仪对胶体铜基量子点(colloidal Cu-based quantum dots)的分散液进行测试,采集其紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis absorption spectra)、光致发光光谱(PL spectra)、光致发光寿命(PL lifetime)以及光致发光量子产率(PLQYs)。通过透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscopy)与X射线衍射仪(XRD analyser)对铜基量子点的形貌、晶相及化学组成进行表征确认。相转移后的量子点的光学性能同样采用光谱仪开展测试研究。采用光谱仪对所得量子点糖玻璃的固态样品进行光学性能表征,并通过积分球(integrating sphere)测定该样品的光致发光量子产率。
