HRO_Tree Breeding_Genome Project

This is a project of the genome research and the genetic analysis for "Tree Breeding" in Hokkaido, Japan. All data deposited to this project were collected by HRO (Hokkaido Research Organization, Forestry Research Organization). Target plants are coniferous species distributed in Japan, such as Abies sp, Larix sp, Picea sp, which are all economically important species in this area.

本项目为日本北海道地区针对"林木育种"开展的基因组研究与遗传分析项目。本项目收录的全部数据均由北海道研究组织林业研究所（Hokkaido Research Organization, Forestry Research Organization）采集。本项目的研究对象为日本本土分布的针叶树种，包括冷杉属（Abies sp.）、落叶松属（Larix sp.）以及云杉属（Picea sp.），上述树种均为该区域具有重要经济价值的物种。
