Transcriptome analysis of embryonic mesenchyme

Purpose: The aim of this study is to study the expression and function of axon guidance genes in the developing portal tract. Here, the RNA-Sequencing data were collected from purified embryonic mesenchyme at two developmental stages (E16 and E18). Overall design: Three samples of E16 mesenchyme and three samples of E18 mesenchyme were analyzed in this study.

研究目的：本研究旨在探究轴突导向基因（axon guidance genes）在发育中的门管区（portal tract）内的表达与功能。本研究的RNA测序（RNA-Sequencing）数据采集自两个发育阶段（E16与E18）的纯化胚胎间充质（embryonic mesenchyme）。整体实验设计：本研究共分析3份E16期间充质样本与3份E18期间充质样本。
