在“山水林田湖草沙”生命共同体综合治理理念和新时代治水新思路"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"的指引，充分发挥森林生态系统（包括乔木林、经济林、灌木林、农林复合等）的防护作用，提高库区三峡库区水生态安全和保护长江经济带生态安全。
Guided by the integrated governance concept of the "Mountains, Rivers, Forests, Farmlands, Lakes, Grasslands and Sandy Lands" life community and the new-era water governance principles of "giving priority to water conservation, achieving spatial balance, implementing systematic governance, and relying on both government and market forces", this dataset aims to give full play to the protective functions of forest ecosystems (including arbor forests, economic forests, shrub forests, agroforestry systems and other types), improve the aquatic ecological security of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, and safeguard the ecological security of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
