Study on the gut microbiota variation of mice after gavaging A. muciniphila strain Targeted loci

[Objective] To investigate the influence of two A. muciniphila strains on gut microbiota diversity and composition of mice with chronic colitis. [Methods] The feces of mice were collected in several time points during the experiment and the composition of gut microbiota were investigated using high-throughput sequencing target V3-V4 regions in 16S rRNA gene.
