To examine the global impact of iAs on DNA hdroxymethylation patterns. Genomic DNA was glucosylated, digested and analyzed using Reduced Representation Hydroxymethylation Profiling. Overall design: DNA from both NT and iAs-transformed cells were glucosylated, digested and analyzed using Reduced Representation Hydroxymethylation Profiling.
