RNA-seq analysis of soybean inoculation with Pseudomonas (PRJCA041248)

The transcriptional responses of soybean roots to inoculation with Pseudomonas strains under salt and non-salt stress conditions were analyzed to elucidate the pathways by which Pseudomonas enhances salt tolerance in soybean.
