Rhizospheric microorganisms are affected synthetically by plant and soil environment which can be altered by agriculture management. How rhizospheric microbial communities change in long-term continuous monoculture affected by soil properties is not yet fully understood. Here, we collected cucumber rhizospheric soil with more than 25 years continuous monoculture span from actual production greenhouses to demostrate during long-term continuous monoculture, soil properties are important factors that alter and structure microbial community, which should be considered when monoculture research and evaluating agricultural management strategies regarding crop and soil health.
根际微生物(Rhizospheric microorganisms)会受到植物与土壤环境的综合作用,而农业管理活动可改变这两类环境因子。目前学界尚未完全探明,在受土壤属性影响的长期连续单作体系中,根际微生物群落的变化规律。本研究从实际生产型温室中采集了具备25年以上连续单作年限的黄瓜根际土壤,旨在阐明:在长期连作过程中,土壤属性是改变并塑造微生物群落结构的关键因素;该结论在开展连作相关研究以及评估关乎作物与土壤健康的农业管理策略时,应予以充分考量。
