Schizosaccharomyces pombe strain FLO-DUT with the flocculating property was sequenced by two- and third-generation sequencing and assembled by different state-to-art assembly pipelines. Transcriptome profiles of this strain under normal fermentation conditions and 8% (v/v) initial ethanol stress conditions were observed by RFNA-Seq.

具有絮凝特性的粟酒裂殖酵母（Schizosaccharomyces pombe）菌株FLO-DUT通过二代与三代测序技术完成测序，并依托多种当前最先进的基因组组装流程完成组装。本研究采用RFNA-Seq技术，获取了该菌株在正常发酵条件及8%（v/v）初始乙醇胁迫条件下的转录组图谱。
