Lactiplantibacillus plantarum isolate:Mut-3 Genome sequencing and assembly

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Mut-3 (FNCC 0246) was isolated from tempeh, a fermented soybean food product. The strain has the ability to survive in gastrointestinal tract and hydrolyze bile salts. Another potential functional trait such as gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) gene was identified in their genome.
