Raw reads from sequencing of Candidatus Ruthia magnifica

These are the raw reads from our sequencing of Candidatus Ruthia magnifica. We performed a co-assembly of all reads (mostly the host), then took out the Ruthia contigs, mapped the reads to them and took that subset of reads aside for this gzipped file.

本数据集包含我们对候选类鲁斯氏菌（Candidatus Ruthia magnifica）进行测序所得的原始读段（raw reads）。我们首先对全部读段（其中大部分来自宿主）开展共组装，随后提取出该菌的重叠群（contigs），将原始读段比对至上述重叠群并提取对应的读段子集，最终将该子集读段封装为该gzip压缩文件。
