Calotes versicolor isolate:BHU-M1 Genome sequencing and assembly

A PCR-free library was prepared from the genomic DNA of a single Calotesversicolor male. This library was sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2500sequencer to generate paired-end 250-nt reads for contig assembly.

从单只雄性变色树蜥（Calotesversicolor）的基因组DNA中构建了无PCR建库（PCR-free library）。将该建库置于Illumina HiSeq 2500测序仪上进行测序，以生成用于重叠群（contig）组装的双端250核苷酸读段。
