Genome sequence analysis of Alteromonas sp. D210916BOD_24. Alteromonas sp.

Alteromonas sp. D210916BOD_24 was isolated from Seawater samples supplied from Suruga Bay through pipelines. The D210916BOD_24 strain displays polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) degradability, while the type strain closest to the D210916BOD_24 strain does not. Determining the reason for these results is one of the objectives of this sequence analysis.
