Human erythrocytes lack a nucleus and are considered to be incapable of protein synthesis. Nevertheless these anucleated cells regulate a number of gene expressions as well as posttranscriptional and postranslational modifications of proteins. We evaluated which genes are transcribed in mature erythrocytes. Keywords: expression profile Seven independent samples from healthy human donors were analyzed. Genes that had a detection call "present" in all seven array experiments were selected for further analysis.
人类红细胞(erythrocytes)无细胞核,且被认为无法完成蛋白质合成。尽管此类细胞缺乏细胞核,但其仍可调控多种基因的表达,以及蛋白质的转录后与翻译后修饰。本研究旨在明确成熟红细胞中发生转录的基因种类。
