Whole exome sequencing and target deep sequencing of paired follicular lymphoma and transformed follicular lymphoma samples

We sequenced the DNA of the whole exomes of paired follicular lymphoma (FL) and transformed follicular lymphoma (tFL) samples from 12 patients. We also designed a gene panel of about 500 genes using Agilent HaloPlex Custom kits, sequenced paired FL and tFL DNA from 28 patients, including 3 samples overlapping with the WES cases, and 25 additional cases.

我们对12例患者的配对滤泡性淋巴瘤（follicular lymphoma, FL）及转化型滤泡性淋巴瘤（transformed follicular lymphoma, tFL）样本的全外显子组DNA进行了测序。本研究同时采用安捷伦（Agilent）HaloPlex定制试剂盒构建了包含约500个基因的基因面板，对28例患者的配对FL和tFL DNA进行测序，其中3例样本与前述全外显子组测序（Whole Exome Sequencing, WES）样本重合，另有25例新增样本。
