为探究高速干切滚齿机床设备在时间维度上的能耗分布特性和变化规律通过采集装置收集不同状态下的机床能耗相关数据集，主要记录了单个齿轮加工时段下的机床总功率实验原始数据、变工艺参数下的机床加工能耗数据及分析数据、变工艺参数下的机床空载能耗实验分析数据和能耗原始数据，数据量大小为5.1MB。

To investigate the energy consumption distribution characteristics and temporal variation laws of high-speed dry hobbing machine tools, relevant datasets of machine tool energy consumption under various operating states were collected via data acquisition devices. These datasets primarily record: original experimental data of the machine tool's total power during a single gear machining cycle; machining energy consumption data and corresponding analysis data of the machine tool under varying process parameters; as well as experimental analysis data and original energy consumption data of the machine tool's no-load energy consumption under varying process parameters. The total size of these datasets is 5.1 MB.
