为了建立三亚站长期监测本底数据库，便于生态系统的研究利用，对三亚湾海域12个观测站点每季度进行一次，对每个站点的底泥采样，通过计数法进行海湾底栖生物调查
To establish a long-term monitoring baseline database for Sanya Station and facilitate research and utilization of the local marine ecosystem, we conducted quarterly investigations at 12 observation stations within the Sanya Bay waters, collected sediment samples from each station, and carried out benthic organism surveys in the bay via the counting method.
