Complexity Analysis Matlab Scripts

These are the scripts used to perform the complexity and integration analyses reported in Trujillo, Stanfield, & Vela (2017). The effect of electroencephalogram (EEG) reference choice on information-theoretic measures of the complexity and integration of EEG signals.
