Identification and sequencing of herbicide target genes in Cynodon dactylon. Herbicide targets in Cynodon dactylon

Herbicide target genes were identified by natural language full text searching. Sorghum orthologues were identified and these transcript sequences were employed to assemble transcriptomic sequences. These sequences were used to develop capture primers which were used for RNA isolation and direct sequencing via MinION.

本研究通过自然语言全文检索的方法鉴定除草剂靶基因；随后鉴定得到高粱直系同源基因，并利用该类转录本序列组装转录组序列；利用上述序列设计捕获引物，进而开展RNA提取并通过MinION进行直接测序。
