Amundsenisen Glacial System – Changes to the front positions of outlet glaciers

Description This dataset contains a record of glacier front positions for four outlet glaciers of the Amundsenisen glacial system in southern Spitsbergen:Paierlbreen, Austre Torellbreen, Vestre Torellbreen, and Recherchebreen. Each glacier front is represented as a LineString geometry corresponding to its observed position on a specific date. The dataset spans from April 9, 1975 to December 21, 2022, and includes 1,299 glacier front lines. Manual interpretation and georeferencing were applied where necessary to ensure spatial accuracy.
