Microbiome of Psylliodes chrysocephala

Psylliodes chrysocephala is an important agricultural pest, here we analyzed the microbiome of individual beetles and larvae collected in Czech at different sites. The amplicon sequencing of V4 16 DNA was used.

甘蓝跳甲（Psylliodes chrysocephala）为重要农业害虫。本研究对在捷克不同采样点采集的该虫成虫及幼虫个体的微生物组进行了分析，实验采用V4区16S DNA扩增子测序技术。
