Gene expression profile of hematopoietic stem cells from mutCALR transgenice mice

Transcriptome data of HSCs (Hematopoietic stem cells - LSKs) sorted from the bone marrow of vavCRE (wildtype) and CALRdel52 fl/fl; vavCre (mutCALR homozygous) mice 200 cells/sample sorted into lysis buffer of a 96 well plate and full length mRNA-sequencing (SMART-seq) was performed. Reads from the same mouse were pooled together. Three mice/genotype were used for the experiment.

本数据集包含从vavCRE（野生型）及CALRdel52 fl/fl; vavCre（纯合CALR突变型）小鼠骨髓中分选的造血干细胞（Hematopoietic stem cells，LSKs）的转录组数据：将每个样本中的200个细胞分选至96孔板的裂解液中，随后开展全长mRNA测序（SMART-seq）。将同一只小鼠的测序reads进行合并，每个基因型均使用3只小鼠完成实验。
