Toluca Real Estate: Property Dataset with Marginalization Degree (GM_2020) Obtained Through Web Scraping (2024)

This dataset contains real estate property information collected from online real estate platforms through web scraping during July, October, and November of 2024. The properties are located in various neighborhoods within Toluca, Mexico. Each record represents a property with attributes describing its structural characteristics, geographic location, sale or rental price, and the neighborhood's marginalization degree.Columns with the "_WebS" suffix indicate data obtained directly through web scraping. The "Price" column contains the converted property price in Mexican pesos for easier analysis. Additionally, the GM_2020 field represents the neighborhood's marginalization degree based on 2020 data. This dataset is stored in a CSV file named "Inmuebles_Toluca.csv" and provides valuable insights into the real estate market in Toluca, including details on property type, size, price, and the socio-economic characteristics of the neighborhoods.
