Comparison of intra-operator (C1�CC2) and inter-operator variability between human operators (A�CB; C1-A; C1-B) and between the automated (NeuronStudio) spine classification and the human consensus (NS-HC). Variability is measured by pairwise percent match: higher percent match indicates lower variability between operators. Overall, NeuronStudio's classification matched the HC standard equally, or better than, the best human inter-operator match.
