Single cell RNAseq Adult Mouse Lumbar Dorsal Root Ganglia (DRG)

Single cell RNAseq was performed on naïve adult mouse lumbar dorsal root ganglia (DRG) cells. Neuronal and non-neuronal cell populations were identified. Overall design: L3-L5 right side DRGs were pooled from 10 male C57BL/6 mice at 18 weeks of age. A single cell solution was created by standard digestion. Single cell RNAseq was performed using the 10x Chromium system.

本研究对未经过实验处理的成年小鼠腰段背根神经节（dorsal root ganglia, DRG）细胞开展了单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNAseq），并对其中的神经元及非神经元细胞群进行了鉴定。总体实验设计：从10只18周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠中收集L3-L5右侧背根神经节组织并混合，通过标准消化法制备单细胞悬液，采用10x Chromium系统完成单细胞RNA测序实验。
