Notes: LP, leaf-expansion period; FS, the flower stage; GFS, the green fruit stage; RFS, the red fruit stages; RGS, the root growing after fruit stage. Descriptive statistics of 10 candidate genes based on the coefficient of variance (CV) and standard deviation (SD) of their Ct values were determined using the whole data set. Reference genes were identified as the most stable genes, i.e. those with the lowest coefficient of variance and standard deviation (CV% ± SD). Ranking of candidate reference genes in order of their expression stability as calculated by BestKeeper software.

注释:LP为叶扩展期(leaf-expansion period);FS为开花期(flower stage);GFS为青果期(green fruit stage);RFS为红果期(red fruit stages);RGS为果后根系生长期(root growing after fruit stage)。本研究基于全数据集,针对10个候选基因的Ct值的变异系数(coefficient of variance, CV)与标准差(standard deviation, SD)开展描述性统计分析。将变异系数与标准差(CV% ± SD)最低的基因鉴定为最稳定的内参基因(reference gene)。基于BestKeeper软件计算得到的表达稳定性,对候选内参基因进行排序。
