Viral metagenome of Lake Soyang. Lake Soyang Virome

This is a viral metagenome study of an oligotrophic freshwater lake, Lake Soyang, located in South Korea. The samples were collected from the surface of the lake.

本研究针对坐落于韩国的昭阳湖（Lake Soyang）这一贫营养淡水湖开展病毒宏基因组（viral metagenome）研究。所有样本均采集自该湖泊的表层水体。
