Data on Human Development Constraints

In the form of a composite index, the data are for the constraining factors of human development. Reflecting the three dimensions of the well-known Human Development Index, i.e., knowledge, long life, and wealth, the data on the proposed Human Development Constraint Index (HDCI) results from the composition of three 'opposing' indicators to those three dimensions, i.e., respectively, illiteracy, mortality, and unemployment rates.

本数据集以综合指数形式收录人类发展制约因素相关数据。其中所提出的人类发展制约指数（Human Development Constraint Index, HDCI），以知名人类发展指数（Human Development Index, HDI）的三大维度为参照框架，即知识储备、健康长寿与生活富足；该指数由与上述三大维度相对的三项对立性指标构建而成，具体分别为文盲率、死亡率与失业率。
